Shipping Policy

We ship FedEx 2 Day Express Monday - Wednesday to the US Mainland and Alaska and Monday - Thursday Interisland.

Each order is packed in thermal wrap with gel packs. This is our best effort to ensure that your chocolates and confections will reach you in excellent condition. Please specify special delivery instructions during checkout if required.

Your orders process within 48 hours of receipt of sales and will ship on the next shipping day. 

Once your order is shipped, we cannot be responsible for damage, mis-shipments, delays, or delivery issues caused by the shipping companies. Your satisfaction is important to us and if there is an issue with your order we will do everything we can to achieve a resolution.
