HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR CHOCOLATE BARS?

Because we use all natural milk products in some of our bars we recommend consuming white and milk chocolate bars within 6 - 12 months. For dark chocolate bars the expiration dates range between 1 - 2 years. As always, reference the expiration date clearly marked on every product package for your safety.

HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR CHOCOLATE COVERED MACADAMIA NUTS?

Because we use all natural milk products in some of our chocolate products we recommend consuming chocolate covered macadamia nuts within 6 - 12 months.

HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE BON BON COLLECTIONS?

Because we use all natural milk products in some of our confections we recommend consuming the confections within 2 - 3 weeks of receiving.

WHERE IS YOUR CACAO SOURCED?

Our cacao is sourced from the Philippines, Hawaiian Islands and Indonesia currently.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?

Chocolate inclusions, fruit and fillings are sourced from local distributors and farms whenever possible. We also use fruit purees from local companies on Maui.

DO YOU USE CHOCOLATE GROWN ON MAUI TO MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, we have relationships with local growers on Maui for 100% Hawaiian made products.

WHERE IS YOUR CHOCOLATE MADE?

Our chocolates are made in a FDA registered commercial kitchen, Chocolate Zone, LLC. located at 375 Huku Lii Place Ste 101, Kihei HI 96753

DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS?

Yes, we do have some vegan options which are noted in the product descriptions. Dark chocolates are naturally vegan.

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS NOW?

We do not yet have a physical storefront. You can order our products online at galleonchocolate.com

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM CHOCOLATES?

We offer services for corporate, weddings, events, and custom orders through Chocolate Zone, LLC. which is a licensed manufacturing and kitchen facility. Please contact us for additional information galleonchocolate@gmail.com

DO YOU OFFER CHOCOLATE TASTINGS?

At this time we do not offer chocolate tastings. We will offer a chocolate subscription service in the future to introduce new products and flavor profiles in lieu of chocolate tastings.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

No, at this time we do not.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any damages incurred by shipping companies however, we will work with both the customer and shipping companies to rectify any mis-deliveries or damages.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We cannot accept product returns for our consumables.

IS YOUR CHOCOLATE KOSHER?

No, our chocolate is not certified Kosher.

IS YOUR CHOCOLATE GLUTEN FREE?

Yes, our dark chocolate is gluten free. Our milk chocolate and white chocolate does contain dairy. We also use coconut milk in some of our products for vegan options. Note, we are in a facility that processes wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and dairy.

DOES YOUR CHOCOLATE CONTAIN ANY SOY?

Some of our chocolates contain soy lecithin and are labeled “Contains: SOY”

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

If you want to cancel or change the order within 24 hours please contact us immediately at galleonchocolate@gmail.com or feel free to call (808) 757-3900. Unfortunately, once the order has been picked up we cannot stop the shipment.
