HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR CHOCOLATE COVERED MACADAMIA NUTS?

The shelf life of the chocolate covered macadamia nuts is 12 months.

HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE BON BON COLLECTIONS?

The shelf life of our bonbons are 3 months.

WHERE IS YOUR CACAO SOURCED?

Our cacao is sourced from Maui, Big Island, Philippines and Indonesia

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?

Chocolate inclusions, fruit and fillings are sourced from local distributors and local farms whenever possible. We also use fruit purees from local companies on Maui.

DO YOU USE CHOCOLATE GROWN IN HAWAII TO MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, we have relationships with local growers on Maui and the Big Island for 100% Hawaiian made products.

WHERE IS YOUR CHOCOLATE MADE?

Our chocolates are manufactured on Maui, Galleon Chocolate located at 375 Huku Lii Place Ste 101, Kihei HI 96753.

DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS?

Yes, our vegan products are noted in the product descriptions. For our ube chocolate bars both the Coconut Cream and Macadamia Nut bars use coconut milk. The Coconut Cream ube chocolate covered macadamia nuts are also vegan. Dark chocolates are naturally vegan.

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS NOW?

We do not yet have a physical storefront. See the locations section on our website for where to purchase our products.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM CHOCOLATES?

Yes, we offer services for corporate, weddings, events, and custom orders.

DO YOU OFFER CHOCOLATE TASTINGS?

At this time we do not offer chocolate tastings.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

FedEx is our carrier and they do not deliver to PO boxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any damages incurred by shipping companies however, we will work with both the customer and shipping companies to rectify any mis-deliveries or damages.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We cannot accept product returns for our consumables.

IS YOUR CHOCOLATE KOSHER?

No, our chocolate is not certified Kosher.

IS YOUR CHOCOLATE GLUTEN FREE?

All our products are gluten free with the exception of the Ube Cheesecake chocolate bar which has graham cracker pieces as inclusions.

DOES YOUR CHOCOLATE CONTAIN ANY SOY?

No, we do not use soy in any of our products.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

If you want to cancel or change the order within 24 hours please contact us immediately at galleonchocolate@gmail.com or feel free to call (808) 757-3900. Unfortunately, once the order has been picked up by FedEx we cannot stop the shipment.
